Company comparison
Premier Trust vs IconTrust
Premier Trust, Inc. and IconTrust, LLC are both independent Nevada retail trustees under NRS Chapter 669 that say they do not manage investments. Premier dates itself to 2001 and describes divided-duty seats. IconTrust dates itself to 2020 and publishes explicit Directed and Delegated Trusts pages — plus flat-fee marketing that this page does not reprint in dollars. Same license class, different public stories. Not a ranking.

What stays unknown
- Fees — IconTrust markets a flat-fee model; this page does not invent or reprint dollars. Premier’s current schedule is also unpublished here.
- AUM / AUA — not published on the pages reviewed for either file.
- Bonding, capital, or insurance figures for these two companies.
- Whether a given mandate is directed, delegated, or a full discretionary seat.
- Current principal-office letterhead versus older published addresses (Premier Henderson vs older Las Vegas copy; IconTrust Town Center vs older Hualapai Way copy).
Questions people actually ask
Directed or delegated at IconTrust?
The firm publishes both Directed and Delegated Trusts pages. Those are different liability allocations. Get the seat in the acceptance letter. A homepage that says the firm does not manage investments is not the same as excluded-fiduciary language.
Does “does not manage investments” equal directed?
It is close to this directory’s thesis, but it is not automatic. The instrument has to split duties, and the trustee has to accept that split. See directed trustee vs corporate trustee. Confirm which of administration, investment, and distribution Premier or IconTrust will take.
Which name goes on the appointment?
This page does not pick a winner. Confirm the FID legal name that will sign — Premier Trust, Inc. or IconTrust, LLC — against the current retail list before the engagement letter. Marketing labels are useful only if the roster uses the same name.
